Sinopsis

Di cerita movie ini, sebelum selesainya Elveator ruang angkasa di kota Academy yang disebut “Endymion”, Karakter utama Kamijou dan Index bertemu seorang gadi leve 0 bernama Arisa. Penyihir mengejar Arisa, dan mereka menyerang kota Academy. Seorang wanita pimpinan Black Crow yang memimpin tim anti penyihir. Kamijou dan Index diberitahu Stiyl bahwa Arisa kunci perang antara Sisi dunia sihir dan ilmu pengetahuan.
