SINOPSIS

Pada tahun 1995, 5 kasus pembunuhan berantai terjadi. Wataru Makimura mengambil alih kasus pembunuhan tersebut dan mencoba menangkap si pembunuh berantai. Namun suatu ketika, karena perangkap pelaku itu, atasannya terbunuh. Kasus pembunuhan berantai itu pun belum pernah terselesaikan.

22 tahun kemudian, sebuah memoar pembunuhan “Watashi ga Satsujinhan desu” diterbitkan. Penulis menggambarkan dirinya sebagai pembunuh yang bertanggung jawab atas 5 kasus pembunuhan  yang tidak terpecahkan. Penulis, Masato Sonezaki, sang pelaku, tampil di sebuah konferensi pers untuk bukunya yang baru terbit.
